* Each entry will receive two (2) wristbands for show entry. Wristbands given at registration must be worn at all times. Any attendees not wearing wristbands will be escorted from the show.
* Entry fees are non-refundable.
* As an entrant, I assume all responsibility and liability for my person, my vehicle, displays, and related items before, during, and after show hours.
* Show n’ Shine, Tiempos Locos, and Presario Production staff reserves the right to photograph, video, film, or reproduce any entry or person for any future use at no compensation to entry owner. By completing registration and entering the event, the entrant surrenders all claims.
* Entrant may not move show vehicle during show hours. In any case if it is necessary entrant has to leave in the show vehicle, entrant must re-pay entry fees to re-enter.
* There will not be any alcoholic beverages, pets, or weapons allowed in the show.
* FIRE MARSHAL / FACILITY REGULATIONS - All vehicles must comply with fire marshal regulations, including
taping the gas caps, disconnecting the batteries; have less than a ¼ tank of gas, leaving 10 foot walkways by
staying within your designated space, and other facility requirements. NO EXCEPTIONS.
* SCORE SHEETS - Score sheets will not be given out or shown after the show. Judges will answer questions
exhibitors may have, but inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
* REGISTRATION / ENTRY CARDS - All entries must be registered at the show table by the end of the
registration/move-in time. The registration card must be filled out, placed on the dashboard, and visible to the judges.
If the judging card is not visible, the entry will not be judged. The judges may change the classification of your vehicle
to the appropriate class.
INFORMATION SHEETS - Although not required, we do recommend that each exhibitor provide the judges with
an information sheet or book listing modifications made on vehicle (leave the book with your entry card or
somewhere easily visible to the judges). This can also be accomplished through the use of “Notice” signs placed
throughout the vehicle or display.
DISPLAY SETUP - All displays must be completed on the day of setup (as judging will occur that day…so if you
move-in on Friday, you will be judged on Friday night.) Your display must be setup either before the opening of the show / end of setup
or three hours after receiving a spot (whichever comes first) to be eligible for any display points. Intricate displays will
be allowed extra time in some cases. Displays larger than a standard 10x10 space may be subject to an additional
charge (depending on venue and space availability). People requesting additional space must have an appropriate
display for the space. ** Indoor spaces are NOT guaranteed. Pre-registration is suggested, but does not guarantee an indoor spot. Click here for details.
DISPLAY GUIDELINES - Exhibitor displays are meant to enhance the appearance of that entry and protect the
entry from the general public. That is the sole purpose of the display. Displays used for other means may be
removed (this is at the discretion of the judges). This means NO loud music is allowed from the exhibitor’s display.
Any display with objectionable music, videos, art, or other media is not permitted and will be removed from the show.
The promoter reserves the right to determine what is considered objectionable.
ELECTRICITY - Electricity may be offered to the exhibitors by the facility or show promoters (at
an additional charge). If electricity is available, all wiring must have a grounded three-pronged plug and follow any facility safety requirements and regulations.
BODY PARTS / MODIFICATIONS – Ability to function properly will be strongly considered when scoring exhibitors
body parts and modifications, this includes the alignment of the parts when the parts are in a closed position.
END OF SHOW - Displays may not be torn down until the start of the trophy presentation. Starting the engine,
moving vehicle, or operating the hydraulic/airbag systems is strictly forbidden until after the general public
has cleared the facility. This safety rule will be enforced to protect the audience and children. Violators will be
disqualified, possibly receive a citation from the fire marshal, and/or possibly banned from future events.
OPERABILITY - All “Best of Show” vehicles must be operable. Someone may protest the operability of a vehicle
with $250 challenge fee. The challenged exhibitor must start and operate his vehicle within one hour. If the
challenged vehicle is able to fulfill the requirements, the challenger looses. Then, the challenger pays the car show a $250 challenge fee. If the challenged is unable to fulfill the requirements, the challenger wins. In this case,
the challenger keeps the $250 and the challenged is disqualified from “Best of Show” categories.
DISQUALIFICATION / REMOVAL – Any exhibitor who fails to follow the written rules and regulations or verbal
instruction from the event staff is subject to disqualification and removal from the event. This also includes
unsportsman like behavior, excessive profanity, or anything else deemed inappropriate by the event staff.
FINAL SAY –Event staff / promoters reserve the right to alter or modify the rules listed to enhance the event.
* Rules and regulations are subject to change without notice.

for the exhibitors but spectators as well. Good sportsmanship will help us continue to bring you these shows for
years to come.
